Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Biz Family Auto’s website, services, memberships, booking systems, payment systems, and SMS communications. By using our website, booking services, purchasing a membership, making a payment, or receiving services from Biz Family Auto, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Biz Family Auto provides automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • Hand car wash services
  • Auto detailing services
  • Membership programs
  • Vehicle care packages
  • Add-on services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Customer notifications and communications

Services, pricing, packages, memberships, and availability may change at any time.

Payment Policy

Payment is due before service begins.

Once a car wash, detailing service, membership service, package, add-on, ceramic coating, or other vehicle care service has started or been completed, payment is considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Biz Family Auto on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

Any deposits collected for appointments, packages, or services are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward the scheduled service. If a customer needs to reschedule, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment time when the customer provides proper notice and Biz Family Auto approves the rescheduling request.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If a customer cancels last minute or does not show up, Biz Family Auto may allow the customer to reschedule. Non-refundable deposits remain subject to Biz Family Auto’s scheduling and service policies.

Weather-Related Rescheduling

If weather conditions affect a scheduled appointment, Biz Family Auto will allow customers to reschedule with no penalty.

Completed Services and Final Sales

All completed services and purchases are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hand car washes
  • Auto detailing services
  • Add-on services
  • Ceramic coatings
  • Memberships
  • Gift cards
  • Special packages
  • Prepaid services

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed only on a case-by-case basis.

Service Satisfaction Policy

If a customer is unhappy with a wash or detailing service, the customer must contact Biz Family Auto within 24 hours of the completed service.

Biz Family Auto will first attempt to review and correct reasonable service concerns through a touch-up, correction, credit, or re-service when appropriate.

If Biz Family Auto is unable to reasonably accommodate the customer’s concern, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refund approval is at the discretion of Biz Family Auto.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, customers can typically expect the refund to appear within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or credit card company.

Memberships & Payments

Membership pricing, billing cycles, and vehicle eligibility rules are defined at enrollment. Biz Family Auto reserves the right to modify membership terms with reasonable notice.

Memberships must be canceled one month prior to the customer’s next billing cycle. Cancellation requests made after that period may apply to the following billing cycle.

Failure to comply with membership rules may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

To request a membership cancellation, customers must contact Biz Family Auto directly.

Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Biz Family Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues related to the condition of the vehicle before service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loose trim
  • Weak or failing paint
  • Old window tint
  • Cracked plastics
  • Worn emblems
  • Loose moldings
  • Existing scratches, dents, chips, or stains
  • Damage caused by aging, prior repairs, poor prior workmanship, or existing vehicle condition

Customers are encouraged to notify Biz Family Auto of any known vehicle concerns before service begins.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle before service.

Biz Family Auto is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information, vehicle information, contact information, membership information, and service requests.

Customers should remove valuables, disclose known vehicle concerns, and arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

SMS Messaging Terms

Biz Family Auto provides SMS messaging services to deliver appointment confirmations, service notifications, membership updates, review requests, and occasional promotional messages to users who have opted in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to 516-357-5553. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will begin sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Pricing and Service Changes

Biz Family Auto may update pricing, packages, memberships, service offerings, or availability at any time.

Any changes will not affect services that have already been completed, but future bookings, renewals, memberships, or purchases may be subject to updated pricing or terms.

Third-Party Payment and Booking Tools

Biz Family Auto may use third-party platforms for payment processing, booking, customer communication, marketing, or business operations.

Biz Family Auto is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, declined payments, refund delays, or issues caused by third-party platforms, banks, credit card companies, mobile carriers, or payment processors.

Limitation of Liability

Biz Family Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, booking systems, payment systems, or communications.

Biz Family Auto’s responsibility for any service concern is limited to reviewing the issue and, when appropriate, offering a correction, credit, re-service, or refund at the discretion of the business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website, services, memberships, booking systems, payment systems, or communications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
