Always Clean is built for normal personal use on one vehicle. Wash as often as you reasonably want to. It is not meant for commercial fleets, rideshare turnover, or reselling washes. If usage looks commercial rather than personal, we will talk to you about the right plan.

We will let you know you have used your washes for the month. You can pay for that wash at our regular price, or move up to a bigger plan and keep going. Nothing gets charged automatically without you knowing.

No. Each membership covers one vehicle, tied to the license plate you give us at signup. If you want two cars covered, buy two memberships. You can pick different plans for each.

Washes reset each month on your billing date and do not roll over. If you are regularly leaving washes unused, move down a plan. We would rather you pay for what you actually use.

Yes. Express Detail, Interior Detail, valet, and everything else stays available to members a la carte. Your membership covers the wash plan you picked.

Call or stop by and tell us. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you have already paid for.

Yes. Let us know and we will move you at your next billing date, so you get the full month you already paid for.
